Chandra Shekhar Rameneni is a seasoned Product Enthusiast with over 12 years of experience in building digital products for various domains. Currently working as a Product Owner at Carnot Technologies, he is responsible for owning and refining product backlog based on user interviews and feedback. He has streamlined features that improved user adoption by 22% and conducts training sessions to improve technology penetration. Chandra has worn multiple hats of Product Owner and Project Manager in a fast-paced startup and has experience in launching MVP products in Healthcare, eCommerce, and Logistics domains. He has proven expertise in the "HOW" and "WHAT" of the product and is driven to understand the "WHY." His past experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager at West Agile Labs, where he successfully delivered six-plus B2C web and mobile projects in various domains. He worked with Product Managers to align product vision and backlog using data metrics, translated requirements via PRD/Designs to dev teams, and ensured alignment with goals. He owned the entire Project Management lifecycle and set up and coached Agile teams, which improved operational efficiency. Before West Agile Labs, Chandra worked as a Senior Analyst at Deloitte, where he was an SME for Intranet SharePoint portals catering to 100K users. He was responsible for coaching technical/business/technical support groups and played a major role in boosting technology usage by streamlining processes deemed inefficient. He successfully solved priority L1 and L2 related issues. Apart from his professional work, Chandra has created a Figma plugin "Raven" that will help the design community document designs and pass on the info to the rest of the project team. He has also started to pen his thoughts in Medium. Chandra holds a Master's degree in Mobile Computing from the University of South Wales and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from JNTU.
